Bixie at the Gates
One shared face, seven distinct settings.
Bixie at the Gates brings frontal guardian faces and paired scrolls into a four-lobed mokko outline. Watching the Gate, Patrolling the Court, Above the Clouds, Listening to the Wind, Gazing at the Tower, Keeping the Night and Returning to the Court share charcoal colored brass and sparse warm-brass lines. Brows, mane curls and small supporting motifs give each a distinct setting.
The face rests along the upper rim, leaving the central aperture and mounting field clear. Each reverse retains only two restrained symbols. Lintels, steps, clouds, wind, a crescent and leaves establish individual rhythms within the shared outline.
