Kunpeng · A Boundless Journey
From sea to sky, a journey carried by the wind.
Kunpeng · A Boundless Journey brings together Into the Sea, Striking the Water, A Feathered Change, Wings Across the Clouds and Rising With the Wind in natural brass, with thin round rims and shallow relief. Fish, feathers, clouds, water and wind follow the outer arc, using different poses to tell a passage from deep sea to open sky. Relief and natural metallic highlights provide the collection’s tonal depth.
Each primary face holds a distinct scene. Simpler reverses retain a fin, feather, water lines or a small cloud. Three apertures and a plain central mounting field allow ornament and open space to balance.
