Xiezhi · Observing the Right
A single horn toward the light, open space in balance. Xiezhi · Observing the Right uses graphite-gray colored brass, sparse warm-brass lines and a thin circular rim. A Xiezhi stands firmly along the upper rim facing right, lifting its single horn slightly above four staggered hooves. A plain circular emblem at lower left and two short stepped lines at lower right establish a measured order. One horn, two ears, four cloven-hoofed legs and a single slender tail continue the shared identity, with clear spacing between the upper relief and openings. The reverse retains one plain circular emblem at upper left and two short stepped lines at lower right. The central slot and two side apertures remain open in the unmounted guard. Black wrapping, ivory diamond windows and plain warm-brass fittings complete the shared material and ornament.
