Xiezhi · Clear Judgment brings together Observing the Right, Approaching the Steps, Standing on Stone, Listening to the Rain and Looking Back in graphite-gray colored brass, fine warm-brass lines and a circular three-aperture outline. One horn, two ears, cloven hooves and a single tail establish a shared beast, while stance, gaze and supporting motifs vary.
Each beast follows the upper rim with clear spacing around the openings. Plain circular emblems, steps, rock contours, rain, clouds and leaves become restrained symbols linking the primary faces to their quieter reverses.
