Mountains and seas take form; wondrous creatures enter the guard.
Beasts of Mountains and Seas connects eight designs through upright oval outlines, black-brown colored brass and warm-brass lines. Lushu, Xuangui, the Nine-Tailed Fox, Zheng, Bifang, Tiangou, Bo and Jiao each enter a different arrangement of mountains, water, stones and trees. Small silver-white and muted red accents mark selected identifying details.
Each primary face retains its creature’s defining features. Simpler reverses echo wind, shell patterns, feathers or stone, while a shared thin rim and single central aperture unite the collection.
