Tortoise Bearing Peaks connects six designs through a rounded-square outline, graphite-gray colored brass and restrained warm-brass accents. Carrying the Peaks, Crossing the Water, Watching the Shore, Listening to the Tide, Gazing toward the Ridge and Returning to the Islet explore mountains, shores and water, bringing ordered shell patterns together with flowing landscape lines.
Simpler reverses echo each front with ridges, scutes, water or reeds. Only the central aperture remains, leaving a continuous metal field for the ornament.
